Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be responsible in determining staffing needs, overseeing and developing the hiring process, ensuring endorsement of quality candidates and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resources or other related course
  • With minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment holding Officer to Managerial roles
  • Experience working in a Recruitment Firm, Shared Services or Multi-branch organization is an advantage
